In this role, employees are required to maintain a high level of awareness while operating equipment, as well as focused attention during the meat processing stages. It is crucial to identify and report any instances of disease or infection in the lamb immediately. Failure to do so could lead to complaints from our major client, Woolworths, and damage the company's reputation.

Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as employees must follow instructions from managers and effectively coordinate with other workers to ensure smooth operations.

This intricate position requires excellent communication , organizational , and managerial skills , as well as proficiency in word processing . During my six-month internship, I was responsible for managing orders predominantly from America, which accounted for approximately 50% of the total orders. While it was undoubtedly one of the most challenging roles I've had, I gained valuable experience and learned a great deal from the opportunity.
