Although I am regarded as a fast learner and stable employee by previous employers, fully qualifying for a position in a country that is not my home, especially where English is not my first language, has been challenging. To overcome this, I have been diligently studying English and recently achieved a score of 7 out of 9 on the IELTS—a score that meets the prerequisites for most master’s degree programs at Australian universities. The position of a meat processor requires high concentration and strong efficiency , as orders can vary and be customized over time. Collaboration with the team is a necessary attitude and skill to meet client needs.
In this role, employees are required to maintain a high level of awareness while operating equipment, as well as focused attention during the meat processing stages. It is crucial to identify and report any instances of disease or infection in the lamb immediately. Failure to do so could lead to complaints from our major client, Woolworths, and damage the company's reputation.
