• Make up new air line system to assist in product flow.
• Replace shut transition sections
• Replace drive chain conveyor,check rollers for wear.
• Carried out routine maintenance activities on production lines including lubrication, cleaning and replacement of broken parts.

• Routine oil changes as per schedule.
• Bearing change-out on cooling water pumps.
• Check pump and shaft alignments.

Remove, service, and replace heat exchangers.

Carry out pressure testing on heat exchangers and associated pipework.

Open up manway doors and reactors for inspection.

Fabricate brackets as required.

Use of HY-TORQUE equipment.
