National Account Manager – Nokia
As the National Account Manager for Nokia, I oversaw the recruitment of all contingent roles via their MSP Launch; managing positions through Fieldglass while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers. I primarily focus on recruiting IT and Telco roles. I managed a national contract book of up to 32 contractors, with initial contracts lasting six months and the potential for extensions up to three years. Given the long-term nature of these contracts, I prioritise establishing strong, supportive relationships with contractors to ensure they feel comfortable addressing any onsite concerns.
Account Manager – Generalist IT
As a 360-degree recruiter in the Commercial Team, I built and managed my desk, overseeing recruitment for major commercial clients such as Eli Lilly, Aristocrat, and Nestlé. I handled both contract and permanent roles, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering tailored staffing solutions.
My role involved selling a range of services, including MTECs, SOWs, workforce solutions, candidate sponsorship, and subcontracting. I also led a team of three recruiters, ensuring smooth coordination and the successful delivery of high-volume accounts.
