I am currently a Software and Engineering Specialist within Randstad's Banking and Finance division, where I collaborate with key clients including Westpac and Macquarie Bank; my desk consists of contract and permanent roles. In addition to managing these established relationships, I actively develop and secure new clients to expand the business portfolio and source candidates.


Previous positions:


National Account Manager – Nokia

As the National Account Manager for Nokia, I oversaw the recruitment of all contingent roles via their MSP Launch; managing positions through Fieldglass while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers. I primarily focus on recruiting IT and Telco roles. I managed a national contract book of up to 32 contractors, with initial contracts lasting six months and the potential for extensions up to three years. Given the long-term nature of these contracts, I prioritise establishing strong, supportive relationships with contractors to ensure they feel comfortable addressing any onsite concerns.


Account Manager – Generalist IT

As a 360-degree recruiter in the Commercial Team, I built and managed my desk, overseeing recruitment for major commercial clients such as Eli Lilly, Aristocrat, and Nestlé. I handled both contract and permanent roles, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering tailored staffing solutions.

My role involved selling a range of services, including MTECs, SOWs, workforce solutions, candidate sponsorship, and subcontracting. I also led a team of three recruiters, ensuring smooth coordination and the successful delivery of high-volume accounts.

I recruited across various roles, including infrastructure, software, data, and project services. A key achievement was recruiting a Change Director, who played a pivotal role in moving Finite from a Tier 3 supplier to Tier 1 status with Commonwealth Bank.

  • Oversaw contractor onboarding and off boarding, negotiate daily rates and permanent salaries, and ensure ongoing contractor success.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture long-term client and candidate relationships through a customer-centric and results-driven approach.
  • Regular market research on market rates for permanent and contract roles for clients.
  • Experience using workforce platforms: SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, and Workday.
  • Dual desk – Fixed-term, permanent, and contract roles, including visa sponsorship. Oversaw sponsoring candidates on employer-sponsored visas and placing them on-site with clients (MTECs and SOW). Worked with visa specialists to support candidates in gaining permanent residency.
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience, from sourcing top talent to successfully managing and filling roles.
  • Conducted technical interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
  • Performed face-to-face candidate meetings and reference checks to ensure quality hires.
