I am a dedicated and loyal employee with nearly 20 years of experience at my current company. Since joining in 2005, I have held various roles, continually advancing within the organization. I started as a parts interpreter, and after five years, I moved into the role of service advisor. I then spent another five years as a service advisor at our Ashmore dealership before being promoted to Service Manager at our Helensvale location.
In this role, I have consistently excelled in customer service and driving profitability within my department. I currently oversee a team of 15 employees, including service advisors, technicians, and detail staff, while also managing product applicators as vehicles are prepared for delivery.
