Since graduating in 2019 I started full-time work at Hutt Hospital and since then I have also trained in CT and on various new equipment upgrades. Being full time I have been required to do shift work including night shift and on call work for after hours CT imaging. I am a Patient-focused radiographer with two and a half years of full-time experience operating DR and CR imaging. Clear communicator with clarity in assessing physician needs, patient physical position, administration of contrast medias medications recommendations for post-scan care considerations. Approachable and nurturing system operator with acute awareness of patient comfort level and adaptability in unprecedented scenarios.
I work as a valued member of the radiology team in both CT, general x-ray outpatients and in the ED department. I enjoy being busy and learning new skills.

I worked in a health assistant role while full time studying. I worked a saturday shift every fortnight to assist the radiographers with patient transfers and the organization of patient travel from various wards.

I am seeking full time employment in the medical imaging role at Mt Ruapehu for the season 2022. I am very interested in this role as I believe it will be an opportunity to improve my medical knowledge and become a valued member of the medical team. I believe I am suited to the role as I am hard working, a team player and I am confident in my skills as a radiographer. I hold a current first aid and APC certificate and I am a member of NZIMRTB and APEX.
I have been an avid skier since a young age and enjoy spending as much time on the mountain as I can during winter time.
