• Proficient in conducting requirement workshops, user interviews, brainstorming sessions, gap analysis.
• Participate/facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals like Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Retrospective etc throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Objectives, Test Strategies, and Test Cases.
• Good understanding of the SDLC, STLC & review process, and test case documentation.
• Hands on experience on all the phases of Testing Life Cycle – preparation of Test scenarios, Test cases, Test setup, Test execution, Defect Tracking and conducting UAT.
• Design the Traceability Matrix to map Business Requirements with prepared test cases.
