I'm new to Australia but I'm good at making almost all kinds of nigiri, aburi, and sushi rolls pretty and fast. Speed is the lifeblood of most sushi shops, and I'm confident that I can make them as fast and accurate as anyone else. I can also trim the Salmon fillets, so I can prep the ingredients for sushi rolls.
