I have been with Mandurah Caravan Repair Centre since November 2019 till current. The role I have is Parts & Service,
My role is to greet customers in a professional & happy manner. when I take caravans in for service & repairs I need to go through the caravan very thorough with the client to ensure we can complete the work for the requested date, have all the parts to complete the job & have all the client details correct with regular updates via a phone call or email.
Parts: ensuring i have all the parts for all current & scheduled jobs in the workshop, helping retail clients with information & parts.
daily banking & cashing up the till ensuring all cash & eftpos is correct to the daily report.
