Summary

In my time as a Personal Trainer I've learned a lot and have furthered my education much more than my certification 3 & 4 in fitness, I have done numerous courses and programs to increase my knowledge and education. As a PT and my time spent in the fitness industry, I've expanded my skills and knowledge by being mentored by several Personal Trainers and competing in my first bodybuilding show in April 2022. Throughout my fitness journey I've focused a lot on strength training/powerlifting which has helped me educate myself. I have experience in an abundance of areas such as biomechanics, running the majority of group classes, providing nutritional advice/assisting, bodybuilding and, Powerlifting. I am eager to learn and educate others, which I can hopefully bring to your company. Furthermore, I can bring knowledge, experience and energy to your team.
