My plumbing apprenticeship with RMIT was completed in November 2023.

• Working and supporting staff from all aspects such as Residential - Renos - Commercial - Construction - Shops - Hotels - High-Rise - etc
• Managing and maintaining equipment to a high standard
• Significant experience dealing with clients and communicating with people on site
• Operating and organizing drop offs for materials as well as collecting equipment.

In this time at IGA my responsibilities included,

coordinating orders and delivery's arriving at the store as well as operating machinery such as the forklift to collect pallets of goods from incoming trucks.

Another daily routine was checking stock and managing quantities on shelf's.

• Running of factory including receiving and processing fireplaces and firewood
• Implementing all aspects required to achieve wholesale and retail client ready fire and cooking wood and associated items
• Delivering or arranging delivery of large-scale wood orders across the Mornington Peninsula and inner Melbourne on a weekly basis
• Site assistance in installation of wood and gas fireplaces, working alongside various trades and staff
• Establishing and maintaining relations with a large ever growing customer base.

• Involved in multiple aspects of the day to day running of one of the busiest IGA Stores in Victoria
• Supporting customers and providing information on items
• Receiving goods, operating forklift, storage of deliveries, unpacking, restocking and organizing stock.
