Make sure all kitchen equipment is clean

• Help deliver afternoon tea to patients Rise dishes and put through dishwasher
• Help unpack and put away deliveries Sweep the floor
• Set up tolleries for dinner with drinks salad for needed and dessert
• Help other FSA to put on meals and soups
• Rinse and put dirty dishes through dishwasher Deliver dinner
• Collect all dinner trays from patients room
• Unstack the dishwasher and put all the dishes away
• Set up trays from the next morning with knife, forks and spoons as well as bowls and bread and butter plates
• Take out supper
• Put all super dishes through the dishwasher Turn off dishwasher and make sure it is clean Wipe down all benches and make sure they clean Take out rubbish and recycling
• Mop the floor and put the not slip mats down Make sure all appliances are turned off

• Help prepare meal trays
• deliver meals to food service staff on the ward
• collect dirty trolleys from the wards
• deliver morning tea/ afternoon tea and supper
• help pack and unpack the dishwasher
• ensure all kitchen surfaces are clean
