Summary

While an apprentice carpenter, I worked under a prestigious builder who taught me important work and life skills. I learnt how to work hard and do a good job and to never settle for second best.

When I made the transfer to cheffing I worked very closely with an award winning chef whom also taught me important life skills which coincided with my work skills. The change was hard but with determination, together with the team we won an award for best club restaurant in NSW which was posted to the local news agencies in the area.

Under my previous mentors I’ve been apart of 3 award winning teams that I am proud and gracious to have had the opportunity. Hard work, consistency, determination and a teeny tiny bit of spite has brought me to where I am today.

I love puzzles and problem solving In 2023 I joined the local chess club at grace Lutheran college and built an Elo of 1200 I enjoy reading some books Love drinking a 6 pack of northerns while smashing golfballs at the local course or the one out pine rivers way I love learning about mechanical principles and how they are implemented into our everyday life I’m a car enthusiast but don’t know much more than changing oil and replacing a radiator or alternator I love playing flying simulators, especially helicopters, I plan in the next 10yrs to get my own helicopter pilots licence and even inquired at the Redcliffe strip a year ago about it
