Managing participants throughout employment lifecycle of assisting them into employment (Employment Assistance), placing into employment (Post-Placement Support) and Ongoing Support phases.
- Conducting meetings with Job Seekers over the phone, on-site visits and face-to-face meetings
- Referring Job Seekers to active job vacancies
- Referring Job Seekers to vocational activities such as English Classes, Employability Skills Training and upskilling programs
- Attending Interviews with participants should they require
- Recordkeeping of discussions had with appointments on ESS software. Details recorded including barriers to employment, events surrounding employment, referrals and assistance given, actions to follow up etc.
- Providing customer service including answering phone calls, emails.
