Supervised a community mental health facility in a mostly single worker capacity overnight. PARCS is a step up / step down model run in partnership with Monash Medical Centre.

Crisis management for clients in conjunction with Psychiatric Triage Service of MMC.

Development and implementation of individual Recovery Plans.

Delivery of facilitated group meetings and psychosocial education sessions.

Employment ended in March 2022 due to a retendering of the PARCS program to another provider.

• Worked flexible hours across night, weekend and holiday shifts.

Between 2002 and 2008 I worked as a Psychosocial Support Worker at the Nette Court Youth Residential Program.

Responsible for a caseload of 5 clients (14-27 with serious MH diagnoses) in a residential setting.

Promoted to Program Manager in 2008. Responsible for the running of the facility, staff supervision, financial accounts, recruitment, liason with clinical services and developing behavioural protocols for clients under DHS supervision.

Left due to restructuring of Youth Programs in Mind and the subsequent elimination of the Program Manager role.
