• Responsible for testing the authenticity and deadlines of the issuer's and subsidiaries' financial expenses, management expenses and selling expenses, and verifying the authenticity of the issuer's accounting documents and the existence of accounting intervals during the reporting period.
• Responsible for verifying related parties of the issuer and its subsidiaries, investigating and counting the related party transactions through the questionnaire for directors and supervisors and online verification.
• Assisting in matching the issuer's finance with third-party institutions
• Participate in the collection and organisation of drafts, and assist in prospectus writing.

OTC Derivatives Sales and Trading Department

• Responsible for OTC options corporation/product qualification and admission process.
• Assisting the sales team to conduct index/individual OTC option contract business.
• Assisting sales managers in communicating with institutional clients, visiting and following up with them
