To lead a small group of scaffolders at Tropicana Mine site W.A on an 8/6 fifo roster

Every 6 to 8 weeks I would step up to a scaffolding supervisor role for a scheduled shut down supervising 20 to 30 scaffolders.

Working with and communicating with shutdown coordinators in the safe planning of all pre shut and shutdown scaffolds to be erected and dismantled to ensure a safe and smooth shutdown in regards to the scaffolding

My Job Varied from being on the tools leading the team in erecting and dismantling scaffolds on shut downs , to travelling around out back Western Australia to different mine sites meeting new clients and sourcing new work for the scaffolding division.
