· Responsible for Requirement Analysis, Creating User Stories, Functional Specification document and designing End to End business use cases for acceptance criteria and regression suite

· Coordinating with Internal /External Stakeholders and organising the workshops

· Facilitates the meetings with clients to understand requirements and explore potential solutions

· Managing all UAT activities (Test Execution, Defect Reports) to project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders.

· Have sound Knowledge of HL7 and am Responsible for testing both inbound and outbound messages

· Responsible for handling the complete billing functionality of the public/ private healthcare system

· Have In dept knowledge of Eclipse Claiming - IMC, IHC, PCS, BB and ensuring test coverage

· Managing and supporting global teams of SMEs, technical writers, developers, and testers.

· Responsible for managing test team, defining test scope, the test plan and providing test estimates

· Designed and implemented the hybrid framework using QTP.

· Responsible for creating test reports and defect management and highlighting the critical issues to the product management group.
