Summary
In 2019 my wife and I were both working in the busy Accounting practices in Brisbane, really we were working ourselves into an unhealthy state. After realising this harsh fact we moved north the beatiful Sunnshine Coast and settled in Caloundra.
Our focus is now how to recover from and prevent these situations from consuming others as it had done to us!
Caring for others has always been a part of our lives and now with the focus on health and wellness - our own situation has improved greatly and I would appreciate the opportunity of sharing that improvement with others in which everway I can help.
