My role as a Volunteer Assessment and Placement officer was to help new volunteers to find the job they wished to do and help browse their options.

• Worked with individuals to help understand and overcome personal, social or behavioural problems affecting educational or vocational situations.
• Established robust database of employer contacts, regularly updating information for accuracy and relevance.
• Enhanced candidate placement rates by building strong relationships with industry partners and employers.

Through my internship I'm looking forward to learning about cognitive health and how it is most predominantly seen in the elderly.

• Maintained accurate records and documentation of projects to inform stakeholders of progress and updates.
• Developed and maintained relationships with key internal stakeholders.

• My role as a Student service ambassador was to help new arriving students at Deakin to assimilate with the university ,life and help navigate them around campus. I helped them in organising and managing their schedules during the first few weeks.
• Developed strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up, fostering loyalty and trust.
• Handled customer issues with confidence, using complex problem solving to provide effective resolution.
• Maintained clean, organized and professional work environment.

• My job as a student mentor at In2Science was to help students from low socio-economic backgrounds to gain interest in the field of STEM. I was to help the teacher to talk to the students and help when needed.
• Empowered students through counselings and skill-building exercises.
• Developed individualized learning plans for students to address their unique needs and goals.
