Accomplishments

National Superannuation Fund (NASFUND) Swift Swag Project - Change Management

During my involvement in the National Superannuation Fund (NASFUND) Swift Swag Project, I played a pivotal role in Phase 3 - Change Management, spanning a period of 7 months. As the Senior Fund Administrator within a dynamic team of 7 skilled professionals, I provided essential guidance and support to the National Superannuation Fund (Trustee) and its members.

My responsibilities included:

  • Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to ensure system functionality met user requirements.
  • Overseeing the implementation of scanning solutions to improve document management efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing a robust reporting solution to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
  • Establishing and documenting new policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinating the setup of necessary facilities to support project objectives.
  • Conducting pre-go-live training sessions to prepare stakeholders for system deployment.
  • Facilitating team alignment within NASFUND to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Providing ongoing support post-go-live to address any operational challenges and ensure user satisfaction.
