My connection with Haileybury College deepened when I discovered its presence in China, my home country. The commitment to academic achievement and student well-being, as evidenced by the school's exceptional programs and high-quality education, left a lasting impression on me. I was immediately drawn to the idea of contributing to such an outstanding institution. After my visit to the Haileybury College CBD campus during my first year of teaching, I was even more inspired. I had the privilege of witnessing student work samples, engaging with fellow teachers, and
interacting with students, further solidifying my desire to be a part of this remarkable educational community. With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education, along with 3 years of experience as a classroom teacher and 2 years as a CRT teacher, I am well-prepared to join Haileybury College's exceptional team. Throughout my teaching career, I have consistently cultivated well-behaved and engaged classrooms. My students have
consistently achieved high academic results, which I can substantiate with relevant
data, as outlined in my attached application materials.
I believe I have the skills, dedication, and passion to contribute to Haileybury College's
ongoing success. I am committed to fostering confident and motivated learners who
can reach their full potential. I am excited about the opportunity to join the Haileybury
College community and work with like-minded educators.
