I have been working in the slaughter floor of the ECThrosby for almost 1.5 years. I can do hide puller, spinal cord removal, cheek boning, heads and especially hygiene trim well. I fully understand about the work safety and the hygiene standards of meat work environment. I believe that my knives are sharp enough to learn and do all of the jobs in slaughter floor.
