My scientific curiosity in nursing drives me to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills. The emergency department is my primary area of interest. Currently, I am at the resuscitation level and advancing towards the triage level within the emergency department. Equipped with both basic and advanced skills and knowledge, I actively participate in courses that facilitate my professional development. Teaching is my passion, and I take pleasure in imparting both skills and knowledge to new nurses and students in the realm of emergency care. Having completed my Master's degree, I am eager to pursue a PhD in nursing. Additionally, I have obtained certification in TAE40122. Within the organization, I am committed to fostering a growth-oriented and dynamic environment, setting benchmarks for performance and achievements among my peers. Collaboration is integral to my approach, and I play a crucial role in team dynamics.
