I was able to undertake a Research internship with the Australian Border Force, undertaking research on the topic of export controls and the significance of its impact on both the Australian domestic economy, as well as the international importance. As this was a University funded internship (Macquarie University PACE) i was able to work with other like-minded students in the criminology and cyber-security sphere to help manage a team of 10 individuals, delegating tasks for our two major deliverables of a final 10,000 word project, as well as a 20 minute presentation to consolidate our findings as well as highlight how well we worked together as a team to two Border Force Officials.
