As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) in aged care, I provided compassionate, high-quality personal care to elderly residents. My role involved assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring comfort and dignity for residents. I worked closely with nursing staff to support individual care plans, maintained accurate records, and followed infection control procedures. Through this experience, I developed strong communication skills, a deep understanding of aged care needs, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
