I assisted at Saroj hospital, where I:

• Assisted clients with activities of daily living, promoting independence and quality of life.
• Assisted with dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Assisted clients with daily living needs to maintain self-esteem and general wellness.

I worked as a content marketer at Rfm acadmey for a few months where I learned many aspects about the workplace including teamwork, discipline and perseverance.

I also :

• Supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
• Gained valuable experience working within a specific industry, applying learned concepts directly into relevant work situations.
• Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Gained hands-on experience in various software programs, increasing proficiency and expanding technical skill set.

I used to volunteer in the school in canteen and food operations, this included making new recommendations for the food menu, along with distributing and making the children aware about the health benefits of certain food items.

• Assisted with special events and programs.
• Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
