Fredon was engaged by Lendlease to carry out Electrical and Data infrastructure on the $370M Caboolture Hospital Upgrade (CHRP). My duties included -

• Co-managing a team of up to 75 workers (including sub contractors)
• Creating weekly and monthly reports for management team.
• Kept sites compliant with company safety policies prevent unnecessary risks.
• Coordinated site investigations, documented issues, and escalated to management team.
• Inspected completed work to verify quality standards and compliance with specifications.
• Scheduled daily job tasks for staff to monitor progress and performance.
• Interacted with employees to demonstrate high standards and mitigate issues effectively.
• Reworked positions and workflow based on individual abilities and production targets.
• Conducted Daily Pre Start Meetings with work group

• Assumed responsibility for personnel deployed to work site. Assigned daily tasks and oversaw performance

• Worked with builder, consultant and end user for design clarification

ITB Upgrade - Brisbane Int. Airport (July 17 - March 18)

• This unique project saw the build of a new terminal along with 3 new Aero Bridges
• A portion of works was located on the áirside' which was highly secured. These works were closely monitored with strict regulations put in place.
• Developed good relationships with BAC personnel to achieve quality outcomes

• Ensured high level company safety polices were being met

Enoggera Army Barracks HV Upgarde (March 18 - January 19)

• The main aspect of this project included the upgrade of 14 HV sub stations
• Coordination between ourselves and Defence personnel was critical in planning and carrying out works
• A large portion of work was the underground pit and pipe infrastructure that fed each sub station.
• Safety was at the forefront on this project. Ensuring existing underground services were not damaged and coordinating works around public spaces proved to be a challenge but was overcome countless meetings and planning
• Grew my knowledge around Civil works operations of machinery

Westpac Office Fitout 123 Eagle Street (January 19 - July 19)

• Very challenging project that came with tight deadlines
• Managed a team of up to 40 with nightshift

SRACC Herston Qtr Redevelopment (July 19 - September 20)

• My duties centered around the coordination of works for up to 80 employees

• Worked closely with the builder and end user to provide quality outcome

• Managed budgets, procurement and human resource requirements

• Planned and carried out staged shutdowns in order to minimise disruption to operating hospital

• Liaised with builder from start to finish including defect period
