Fredon was engaged by Lendlease to carry out Electrical and Data infrastructure on the $370M Caboolture Hospital Upgrade (CHRP). My duties included -

  • Co-managing a team of up to 75 workers (including sub contractors)
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports for management team.
  • Kept sites compliant with company safety policies prevent unnecessary risks.
  • Coordinated site investigations, documented issues, and escalated to management team.
  • Inspected completed work to verify quality standards and compliance with specifications.
  • Scheduled daily job tasks for staff to monitor progress and performance.
  • Interacted with employees to demonstrate high standards and mitigate issues effectively.
  • Reworked positions and workflow based on individual abilities and production targets.

Enoggera Army Barracks HV Upgarde (March 18 - January 19)

  • The main aspect of this project included the upgrade of 14 HV sub stations
  • Coordination between ourselves and Defence personnel was critical in planning and carrying out works
  • A large portion of work was the underground pit and pipe infrastructure that fed each sub station.
  • Safety was at the forefront on this project. Ensuring existing underground services were not damaged and coordinating works around public spaces proved to be a challenge but was overcome countless meetings and planning
  • Grew my knowledge around Civil works operations of machinery

Westpac Office Fitout 123 Eagle Street (January 19 - July 19)

  • Very challenging project that came with tight deadlines
