During my time at Retaining Wall Group, my responsibilities included-

Reading and following plans and engineering specifications.

Set out of all jobs, including job sheets for staff with all relevant information for each individual job.

Management of 20 staff, which included scheduling staff to required jobs on a daily basis.

Ordering of all materials, booking all inspections

Running staff toolbox meetings

Weekly meetings with general manger and input into performance and improvements

I also had responsibilities of putting in steel for all concrete sleeper jobs and civil work.

I thoroughly enjoyed my role in this job in a fast paced environment.
