- I am solely responsible for managing the companies database encapsulating over 6000 local client entities, All adjustments or renditions to the company's server are required to go through me to be implemented at the company.
- Wade Court has appointed me responsible for compiling Medical Records/History for cliental when requested, I am also required to organise critical company files and ensuring their security and availability.
- The company had also contracted me to devise, install and integrate new computer systems for the reception, administration and doctors office. Which resulted in a significant increase in workflow efficiently for the company.
- I undergo daily administrative tasks at the reception desk of the clinic, from here I directly interact with cliental and on-site transactions.
