With a decade of experience within Learning & Development, and over 20 years in the retail industry, I am an experienced and passionate leadership and management coach (inc. LSI/GSI), facilitator, and mentor, known for leading & deploying exceptional experiences as a State Training Manager.

As a collaborative leader within the My Career: End to End Operations Tribe and previously in the SANTWA 360 Leadership Team, I excel in building leadership capability and fostering a Customer and Team 1st culture by designing tailored learning programs and targeted coaching interventions. State Training Manager - Food Academy Delivery

  • Asana in W360 Smarter Operations/Food Academy Delivery Squad (National Project Lead), building a centralised workspace to allow transparent at-a-glance access to all projects, learning milestones and utilised capacity
  • Co-Lead of the Embed & Evolve Renewal and New Store Program Squad, identifying capability gaps within programs to support the future evolution of learning program strategy and design
