Dedicated and highly experienced Commercial Dive Supervisor and Marine Project Manager with over 16 years of progressive responsibility in the marine industry. Beginning my career as a commercial abalone diver, I have steadily advanced through roles in aquaculture, civil diving, and marine construction to become a trusted leader in supervising complex dive operations and managing large-scale infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
With a hands-on, safety-focused approach, I have led multi-disciplinary teams on high-risk marine scopes. I have a deep understanding of commercial diving standards (ADAS Part 3 & Supervisor), vessel operations, cost tracking, and client liaison, successfully delivered critical marine works for high-profile clients such as BHP, Chevron, Pilbara Ports, Ventia, Water Corporation, Italia Stone, Tronox and numerous regional councils.
As a contract Dive Supervisor, I have managed dive teams across a diverse range of project environments—from high-security, large-scale operations for Tier 1 mining companies to remote, small-team deployments supporting local infrastructure. My ability to adapt to varying operational requirements has seen me oversee complex marine scopes for clients like BHP and Chevron, ensuring strict compliance with mine site protocols and safety systems. Equally at home in isolated coastal towns, I have delivered practical, fit-for-purpose solutions such as mooring installations and jetty repairs for fishermen, local shires, and marine tourism operators—often with limited resources and under tight timeframes.
