• I own a small local demolition and asbestos removal business where I have various employees working for me when needed and running big crews from time to time. I am a fair boss working hard alongside my employees at the same time delegating what needs to be done and which person is best suited to complete certain tasks. I pride myself on making sure my workers are safe and going home to their families every night uninjured while still accomplishing the tasks assigned. We work up to 12 hour shifts when needed and have my own large trailer and power tools.
