• The organization worked for upliftment of the disadvantaged children in the field of child rights, education and health.
• Was Head of department for ‘Child Mentoring Program’ for 2 years; where each volunteer was assigned to 1 kid from the slum area to look after the kid’s overall development, health, studies and extracurricular activities.
• Organised fund raising event called – ‘Food For Thought’ for 3 years. The volunteers would set up a temporary food stall for 10 days and would sell homemade food and all profits would be donated to various grass root projects.
• Was part of the huge event – “Let’s go shopping” where we sold various used items like clothes, toys, footwear etc to kids by providing the fake money; giving them a shopping experience. More than 10,000 used items were collected from all across the city during Diwali cleaning work.
