I am a hardworking and dedicated candidate, who is passionate about anything I am involved in and I take pride in my ability to work with others, and my tenacity to reach a common goal. I know that if I had the opportunity to work within a company that I would devote myself to learning and growing as a team member.

School
- I have been appointed to a leadership role twice at Tranby College this includes :
Arts Captain in year 12 (2023)
Arts Representative in year 7 (2018)
In year 5 I was backstage crew for the school production of the Wizard of Oz ensuring props were ready and on and off stage when required. Through this experience I gained an appreciation of the important role of backstage crew to the success of the performa
In year 6 I was a cast member in Mary Poppins. I performed singing and dancing roles, supporting the main characters.
As Arts Representative in year 7 my role was to promote and model arts participation in middle school.
In year 8 I was a cast member in 'Back to the Eighties' musical, singing and dancing as an ensemble member.
In year 10 I auditioned for a main role in Aladdin and was cast as Iago, the comedic sidekick to the evil Jafar. I really enjoyed this role and received many laughs during the performances for my comedic antics. I got a lot of compliments for my performance in this show.
In year 11 we did a medley of shows Tranby had done over the last 25 years as it was the Tranby College 25th Anniversary. I was cast as protagonist Tracy Turnblad and sang "I can hear the bells" from Hairspray as a soloist. I also performed dancing roles in the various flashbacks to the musicals selected for the anniversary. The commemorative performance was filmed rather than performed to a live audience as in previous years.
In 2022 I assisted to run the junior school choir before school hours every week and conducted the junior school choir at assemblies and whole of school promotional events, like 'Tranby Day'.
I performed with our extra-curricular ensemble singing group at both school and community events such as the Twilight Picnic at Tranby, the Lantern markets at Baldivis and at the Stocklands Baldivis shopping centre throughout 2022. My ensemble sang at the year 12 leavers 2022 valediction ceremony and I also performed with our ATAR dance class in the same event.
In year 12 I performed as a cast member acting and singing in the production of The little Shop of Horrors. I was asked by the drama teacher to perform in a more substantial role but unfortunately due to my out of school performance commitments I was only able to commit to an ensemble role, supporting the main characters.
As year 12 Arts Captain I have assisted the drama and dance teachers in promotion and organisational aspects of performances. I provide updates to our cohort at assemblies regarding what is happening in the school arts department. I have to ensure teachers have been properly thanked and appreciated on behalf of the student body for any of their contributions to arts activities and events.
In 2023 I co-led a dance production for the school arts cup which involved choosing music, choregraphy and supervising practice sessions and ultimately performing with the group.
- I have received 'colours' in the areas of Arts, Sports and House, which at my school are awarded to recognise consistent participation over years 7-12 of students in particular curricular and extra-curricular activities within the college.
- I was awarded the Tranby College Fulfilling Futures Scholarship in singing for year 11 and 12, which is a financial investment by Tranby college in supporting my singing education. This required a written application, singing audition and interview.
- Koolbardi Wer Wardong (WA OPERA Childrens' chorus- Performer 2023)- Bunbury season
I was privileged to be offered a role in the WA Opera Childrens' chorus following a successful audition, which required a combination of singing, dancing and acting. I attended rehearsals twice weekly in Bunbury working with and learning the music and Noongar Language from Danielle Bond, choral director of the Youth Fusion Choir and Regional Co-Choral Director WA Opera and Charmaine Councillor, Noongar language teacher from Djidi Djidi Aboriginal School.
The show was conceived and written by Gina Williams and Guy Ghouse and is based on a dreamtime story. The Barna (childrens') chorus supported Gina Williams as mother nature and the two main characters Koolbardi and Wardong, crow and magpie who were in conflict over who was the most beautiful. Their quarrel caused destruction of the landscape, enmity between the brothers, banishment and loss of their beauty. There were moments of comedy and tradegy in the piece. I was involved in a comic moment as a singing and cancan dancing fish as well as a kangaroo. There were 3 performances over a weekend in August 2023 All three performances were well attended and very well received by the audience.
We Will Rock You - The Arena Experience 2022 - Harvest Rain
This event was cancelled after being put back due to Covid 19, however I was selected as an ensemble member following a zoom audition in 2020 which involved singing, dancing and acting. I participated in several online training events including script analysis and performer professionalism, character building and multiple performance bootcamps including a single in person event. It was disapointing the show did not go ahead.
My professional training is outlined in my application however includes training and performance in dance, singing and acting including contemporary, modern dance, tap, hip hop, commercial jazz, lyrical, ballet, musical theatre and classical voice training as well as acting workshops and WAAPA workshops and intensives.
