Responsibilities and Experience.

  • Assist in site identification and business growth opportunities.
  • Drive and assist management and delivery of development projects.
  • Design management, from schematic and town planning to the early stages of design development, D&C, and project delivery.
  • Consultant procurement and management of various teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key Projects.

  • Yarrawonga: $20 million - Site identification, acquisition, and due diligence through to board approval. Managed the initial consultant team engagement and town planning design phase.
  • Warragul: $25 million - Managed subdivision and settlement of the site. Onboarded and led the consultant team to design the now-approved town planning package. Currently leading the tender process and design of the extensive external roads package.
  • Orana Town Centre: $40 million - Managing tenancy coordination of 21 retail and F&B tenancies, 4 commercial tenancies, and first-floor gym, as well as 2 fast food pad sites and a childcare center.
  • Thurgoona: $21 million - Onboarded and managed consultant teams for town planning documentation and approval, and led the tender process. Managed the handover process for the divestment of the center.
  • Saputo Acquisition: $80 million + $130 million lease commitment - Assisted in the acquisition, then sale and leaseback, of two automated milk processing facilities, unlocking control of 225 million liters of milk supply per annum. Managed data room, asset purchase registers, valuations, land tax forecasts, and estimated cost to repair the facilities.
  • Beveridge: $24 million - Onboarded and managed a consultant team to lead the design for town planning.
  • Due Diligence: Managed various due diligence phases for potential site acquisitions to determine the site's ability and feasibility.

  • Accelerated Loss Prevention Program - Coordinated rapid approval and installation of 300 Smart Gates to the existing fleet in under 2 months. Approved and managed the fit-out of an additional 300 stores, receiving various loss prevention initiatives by the end of the fiscal year.
  • Digital Screens - Supported the original 300 and an additional 250 store rollout of front-end marketing solutions, boosting customer engagement.
  • Solar - Supported in site identification and approvals of 100 solar system installations on supermarkets and liquor stores as a result of the Coles & Origin partnership.
