I have been a passionate engagement teacher for over 20 years, and I am ready to transfer relevant skills, knowledge, and experiences, and start an exciting career change journey within the communications/engagement/marketing industry. Over my professional career, I have also learnt many beneficial employability skills whilst being employed (and/or volunteering time/ideas) as: an engaging Entertainer/ , Event Promotional Activator (Euphorium, The Night of The Muses) and as a Founder/Coordinator of the loKal non-for-profit groups, Bag of Beauties (est. 2016) and The Golden Ukes (est. Feb 2024). I think I will always be a ‘teacher’ at heart, but I am looking forward to learning about new and innovative digital technologies, whilst developing a range of communication activities within Curtain’s reputable team/s. I am confident that my ‘hands on’ and energetic nature will be an asset to this Communications and Engagement Coordinator position. I am incredibly excited to fulfil my love of event activation and community engagement as a new employment priority.

  • Work collaboratively with Head Chef (and Hannan’s Club Manager, Jess Malec) to ensure relevant content is consistently designed and printed for up-coming events
  • Continually seek feedback about all designs and printing to ensure content and document designs remain consistent and accurate or appropriate to the target client/s

  • Meet regularly with other co-founders to discuss appropriate song choice, upcoming performing events, evaluate previous lessons and teaching strategies
