I have completed the first year of my Occupational Therapy degree, and within this time I have learnt and applied various healthcare processes while focusing on a client-centered approach.

• Developed client profiles, activity analyses, and practiced goal setting to help patients reach their highest level of functioning.
• Practiced interprofessional communication through a simulated assistant-supervisor handover and client-therapist consultations.
• Collaborated with other allied healthcare students, such as physiotherapists, dietitians, nurses, and sport exercise students, to experience working within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Observed, documented, and reported factors and changes in the patient's physical or mental condition.
• Adapted forms of treatment as needed according to the abilities of each client.

• Organized and implemented activities to stimulate physical, emotional, social, intellectual development of the children.
• Participated in team meetings to discuss the progress of each child's development and plan future goals for them, as well as ways to improve the service.
• Established good relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication.
• Maintained accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and health concerns.
• Administered first aid and medication in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Promoted healthy lifestyle habits by engaging in physical activity and preparing nutritious foods for the children.
