  • Regularly travelling to Sydney to facilitate at the prestigious Hamburger University (one of only 8 Campuses across the World) to deliver the highest end of our Management Curriculum

Senior Training Consultant

  • Whilst still conducting the role of a Training Consultant with the added responsibilities listed below
  • Managing the Training Department's talent pipeline through the Training Cadetship Program; creating all resources, training plans, and maintaining relationships with all cadets and their managers
  • Budding the cadets up with a Training Consultant for the duration of the program
  • Creating and managing the Training Calendar for Victoria and Tasmania, to meet the needs of both markets and adjusting where needed – this also includes all regional training as well
  • Working with our third-party training providers (Fire and First Aid) to ensure we schedule enough sessions in different locations to meet the needs of the market for both initial and reverification training
  • Managing the Teaching Schedule for the Training Team to ensure all training calendar requirements are met and all considerations considered including even distribution of teaching days/classes
  • Onboarding all new Training Consultants; taking them through all processes, creating their training plans, conducting teach backs with them to help them prepare, giving regular feedback, and overseeing all aspects of their training
  • Working on the National Curriculum team to give regular feedback on classroom content/resources or suggest/make updates based on Operational updates to be updated Nationally
  • Participating in project work on new platforms, creating resources, preparing for launch, and leading the launch across the market – providing support where necessary to fill any gaps
