Summary

I started working as a bricklaying laborer in 2005 and worked my way up to becoming a very experienced bricklayer by 2008. I have been a sole trader, running my own bricklaying business for the past five years. Prior to starting my business, I worked for a private company called Insulation World, selling and installing insulation in new and established houses.

I also worked at Coles Supermarkets for three years from 2012 to 2015 in various positions, including checkout service, customer service, and night fill, and later moved up to Duty Manager. I then re-opened my own business and worked as a bricklayer by trade for various companies. I have been successfully running my own business for the past five years with great success.

I am now looking to move on. I am interested in building supervising, as I believe I have the skills and experience to cover all the requirements of a building supervisor. Running my own business has taught me how to be organized and ensure everything is finished on time and in accordance with all regulations, as well as providing customer service and learning about the different aspects of building.
