Safety, Hygiene, and Housekeeping:

• Maintain the highest level of safety and hygiene within the plant, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Identify and report machine guarding issues promptly, ensuring machine safety protocols are followed.
• Safely stop machines when required and address safety concerns promptly to relevant authorities.
• Uphold departmental housekeeping standards following 5S guidelines.
• Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately based on specified areas and conditions.
• Identify and mitigate hazards in the work area, employing correct manual handling techniques.

Quality:

• Conduct quality checks consistently in line with the quality policy, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Make informed decisions on product quality, referring suspected non-conforming products to machine operators.
• Maintain signed and dated samples in designated display boxes and input quality inspection data into QM-SAP system.

Production:

• Start and stop production equipment as necessary, demonstrating proficiency in handling services such as water and air.
• Effectively load and unload machines with various materials, including resin, regrind, semi-finished products, webbing, and cartons.
• Follow work instructions from supervisors to ensure production targets are met efficiently.

• Operate machines to manufacture parts for production.
• Ensure that machines are properly calibrated to meet specifications.
• Monitor machines for quality control purposes.
• Examine the appearance and function of the manufactured parts and communicate any discrepancies to superiors.
• Maintain records of the manufacturing process and related data.
• Work with colleagues on different machines or in different departments.

• Efficiently and proactively plan and track the shipment of products according to sales and customer requirements utilising established process and procedure.
• Manage all required documentation and processes for export and import of shipments including export controls and dangerous goods shipment (batteries).
• Utilise logistics IT systems to optimise procedures to manage timings, customer fulfillment and logistics.
• Proactively communicate logistics delays, issues or variances both internally and externally.
• Follow and enforce process to enable completeness of documentation and shipping efficiency.
• Effectively communicate and build productive relationships with courier partners, regulatory authorities and third parties used to deliver Logistics function.
• Analyse data to assess performance, discover logistical problems and devise plans for improvements.
• Understand and oversee financial transactions related to logistics including expense allocation.
• Check in incoming goods against documentation ready for internal handover.
• Ensure quality control and health and safety standards are met.
• Prepare accurate reports for management.

• Upholding top-tier standards for warehouse operations and adhering to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) protocols consistently.
• Efficiently selecting and packing stock items.
• Handling the receipt and dispatch of orders effectively.
• Ensuring the warehouse and freezer areas are well-maintained, cleaned, and organized.
• Strategically scheduling and planning logistics for both incoming stock and outgoing orders.
• Providing support for any additional tasks or adhoc duties as needed by the business.
• Safeguarding a safe and compliant work environment.
• Coordinating the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse efficiently.
• Supervising and optimizing inventory management processes to meet operational needs.

• Accurately fulfill customer orders using pick lists, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Employ handheld scanners and technology to monitor and document inventory movements.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize order picking based on shipment deadlines, special requests, and inventory availability.
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure correct product selection, packaging accuracy, and proper labeling, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and position inventory within the warehouse.
• Inspect incoming shipments meticulously, comparing them to purchase orders, and promptly report discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
• Prepare orders for shipping by selecting suitable packaging materials, securely packing items, and labeling packages accurately.
• Uphold a clean and organized work environment, adhering to established safety protocols, disposing of packaging materials properly, and maintaining orderly inventory arrangements.
• Support inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts and actively participating in annual physical inventory audits.
• Foster effective communication with supervisors and team members, addressing issues, providing order status updates, and suggesting process enhancements.
