• RBK Project, T Kothapalli (Value - INR 52,00,000)

Details: Extension works to an existing station. Works include construction of a two storied building with a portico, road and drainage works.

• Preparation of construction programs, progress reports and job-cost reports.
• Prepared and submitted first principal and rollover tenders and variation works.
• Acted as company representative in client, consultant and subcontractor meetings.
• Liaised with authorities like City Of Greater Geelong council, Vicroads, Powercor, Ausnet, Barwon Water and NBN.
• Setting up progress claims, verifying and approving sub-contractor claims.

• Anchoridge Estate stages 1-3, Anchoridge Wetlands corridor shared path and Barwon Heads Road Intersection (Value - 10.8M)

Details: Development of 3 stages of subdivision works (102 lots) which includes massive Bulk Earthworks and Barwon heads road intersection. Construction of 1.2km long shared path along the wetlands corridor of Anchoridge estate.
