• Adjusting production schedules to meet changing demands within the guidelines of lead times, labor planning, packaging and ingredient availability.

• Actively participating in SQF meetings and food safety audits to adhere to CFIA regulations.

• Engage Production Operations in resolution of both short term (overtime; order delay) and long term (additional shifts; equipment) bottleneck concerns.

• Monitoring the manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to procedures and requirements specified within SOPs, and the HACCP program resulting in quick, strong decisions during operations.

• Collaborating with manufacturing departments to enforce food safety and quality assurance protocols for Safe Food Manufacturing.

• Conducting internal manufacturing audits to assure product conformance to desired specifications and were in accordance with operational limits.

• Verifying adherence to formulas and procedures; monitored and verified process controls, sanitation, and GMP practices.

• Validation of CCPs, and Review and verify HACCP documentation (CCP’s, Shipping/Receiving, Segregation)

• Preforming Pre-Operational checks, ATP swabbing’s and Inspected and calibrated laboratory instruments.

• Obtaining HACCP documents from RAW material suppliers (LOG’s, GFSI and Specs)
