Abigail Fayers

Highly adaptable and action-oriented individual with a strong track record of punctuality and reliability. My solid character is built upon its aptitude to persevere against adversity and consciously learn from every experience. I am able to thrive both independently and collaboratively, adjusting my energy to suit the work environment when necessary.

I have cared for my disabled mother since she fell ill in 2014. My role was significantly more active during 2019-2023 where I acted as a support worker during weekends by bathing her, assisting with further personal hygiene, accompanying her to and from physiotherapy, and preparing breakfast. This responsibility continuously teaches me empathy, patience and resilience by showing me perspectives that can only be attained through experience.
