• Plan, market and implement "Dance for Wellbeing" in RACFs

Role transfer from Victoria to South Australia in July 2024

• Teach pre-developed programs to students aged between 18 months and 7 years
• Assess and report on students’ progress, including readiness to trial more challenging programs
• Support students’ personal and developmental growth, including enhancing confidence and social skills in support of achieving developmental milestones
• Train and support the assessment of new teachers
• Liaise with parents, administrative staff members and peers to support the implementation of the dance programs

• Plan, implement and evaluate creative arts therapies programs in residential aged care facilities
• Maintain accurate attendance, funding reports and progress notes
• Complete psychological assessments for program suitability and refer as required to appropriate professionals
• Engage in regular individual and group supervision, and professional development
• Complete case studies for Primary Health Network reports as required
• Present research, programs and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including aged care industry staff, allied health professionals and funders
• Oversee Creative Arts Therapy placement student, including mentoring/coaching and evaluating program research, planning and facilitation skills

• Plan, develop and teach sessions plans for fitness, choreography and relaxation classes for people with Down syndrome
• Attend meetings to discuss information relating to NDIS, classes and concerts
• Complete relevant disability training modules through NDIS
• Identify, review and report student goals and progress
• Support creativity and confidence through choreographed and improvised dance

• Research, develop and implement the Workplace Mental Health & Wellbeing program, including leading a wellbeing committee
• Research, develop and implement the Corporate Social Responsibility program, including costings, ROI, committee formation and presenting outcomes to Senior Leadership
• Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions on wellbeing-related topics, including resilience and burnout
• Work effectively with people from various backgrounds, ages, experiences and international locations
• Utilise skills as an accredited Mental Health First Aider to assist employees
