In this role, I provided administrative support to three GP practitioners, managing their appointments, patient records, and correspondence. I was responsible for ensuring efficient communication between patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. My duties also included coordinating referrals, processing medical documentation, and maintaining a well-organized filing system. This role allowed me to further develop my organizational skills and gain deeper insight into the day-to-day operations of a busy medical practice.
