My internship at Armor Cases focused on mastering the Monday.com platform for workflow optimization. I gained proficiency in platform functionalities, automation development, and troubleshooting. My role involved creating and refining automations, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with the team to enhance overall efficiency.

• Monday.com Mastery: I became proficient in Monday.com functionalities, including automation creation, testing, and optimization. I successfully developed and implemented numerous automations to streamline various aspects of the workflow, such as order processing, project management, and customer communication.
• Workflow Optimization: Through in-depth analysis of existing automations, I identified areas for improvement and implemented solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. I also created new automations to address specific workflow challenges and improve team productivity.
• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: I effectively resolved technical issues related to Monday.com automations and training material access. I collaborated with the support team to find solutions and implemented necessary changes.
• Team Collaboration: I worked closely with the team, including my supervisor and fellow interns, to understand workflow requirements and ensure seamless integration of automations. I provided valuable insights and recommendations for process improvement.
• Knowledge Transfer: I meticulously documented my work, including automation logic, research findings, and best practices, to facilitate knowledge transfer to future interns. I also assisted in organizing training materials for improved accessibility.

During my internship at 23Strands, I gained valuable experience in data automation, manipulation, and analysis using Python. I honed my skills in building scripts for data transfer between SQLite and Excel, interacting with APIs using JSON, and advanced data manipulation techniques. This internship allowed me to significantly contribute to 23Strands' data processing efforts. The key highlights of my contributions to 23Strands are listed below:

• Automated Data Transfer and API Integration: I developed a Python script to automate data transfer between SQLite and Excel databases, improving efficiency and reducing manual work. I also explored APIs and built Python scripts using JSON to fetch data from external sources, expanding data acquisition capabilities for 23Strands.
• Advanced Data Manipulation and Analysis: I delved into advanced data manipulation techniques like filtering, transformation, and cleaning, ensuring data quality for analysis. I further analysed my thesis data on EEG devices and music exposure, identifying interesting patterns and trends in brainwave activity.
• Collaborative Project Planning and Data Preparation: I collaborated with colleagues to draft a project plan for integrating my thesis data with 23Strands' data, considering data compatibility, analysis methods, and potential applications in personalized medicine. I secured and documented data sets from both sources, performing data cleaning and pre-processing to prepare them for analysis.
• Data Exploration and Visualization: I utilized visualization tools to uncover potential relationships between brainwave activity, music exposure, and genetic data. I created clear and impactful data visualizations to effectively communicate the connections between brainwave activity and music exposure for presentations.
• Project Summary and Future Applications: I drafted a project summary that clearly presented the key findings and potential applications of integrating my thesis research with 23Strands' work.
