At Simaru True Care my job consist of helping clients manage and reach individual goals, supporting independent progression and social skills. assisting with RDL's, respite clients and families, i helped clients manage and reach individual goals, supported independent progression and social skills. my role also consisted of going to day activities with clients and driving them to appointments.

During my time at Amax care i started off as a support worker than transited to team leader and later joined the service coordination team with monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback to increase productivity and maintain quality standards. i supervised team members to confirm compliance with set procedures and quality requirements. I built strong relationships with clients and worked with team to identify areas of improvement and devised solutions for better client care. i also collaborated with other professionals to plan and coordinate care for clients. As a coordinator I assisted clients in identifying community resources and connecting with appropriate services.

During my time as a support worker at Care Centre my main responsibilities included taking care of a client who dealt with drug abuse, anger and depression, i worked with clients who found it hard coping with disabilities caused by motor accidents. i advocated for clients as well as cooked, assisted clients with daily living activities, took them out to the community for activities and drove them to appointments.

During my time working at Greenleaf i assisted clients with there daily living needs, transported clients to appointments, shopping and entertainment events. i worked with clients that were bed bound, peg fed and needed mobile aids. my roles included school drop off and pick ups, helping clients with homework, taking clients to the park and other activities.
