Project – NBN Australia N2P & Regional Connectivity Project (Sites in VIC & SA)

• Handling three multimillion projects simultaneously overlooking the construction works and project deliverables.
• Proactively managing different array of works including Civil works, including trenching, horizontal directional drilling, ACM removals and installation of various NBN devices in regional areas and sensitive cultural heritage lands.
• Maintaining and updating build tracker events, checking of ITRs, defects and remediation of works.
• Processing work order claims submitted by subcontractors for payment.
• Attend meetings with client and internal project team to give updates on project progress and completion.

Project – Largs North Bund Upgrade Project, SA for ATOM/ British Petroleum's fuel terminal. Estimated Project value of $20M.

• Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Prepared site inspection reports, developed spreadsheets, diagrams and process map to document project needs as required to present them in weekly meetings.
• Organized and attended meetings with contractors, and clients, take meeting minutes, distribute minutes and assist with following up on action items.
• Provide support to Project Superintendent to manage project contractors with Safety Requirements, Environment Requirements and Quality Assurance.
• Provided support to manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Attended pre-start meetings, organize and deliver safety toolbox talks.
• Oversaw quality control and health and safety matters for construction teams.
• Supervised and monitor the daily tasks of contractors and subcontractors.
