Throughout my time working with CSI/MRT at Brockman I developed my skills in heavy haulage operations and leadership roles.

Starting off as a MC driver driving tipple side tipper road trains carting 200T of iron ore on a Rio Tinto mine site to adopting the role of safety rep and step up Haulage supervisor.

The following list shows some tasks encounter on a regular basis within my current role.

• Represent the company professionally during interactions with the client.
• Operating road trains safely in a self managed manner following all safety procedures.
• Conduct pre start meetings on a regular basis, observing BAC results and viewing self assess fatigue sheets.
• ROM and haul road inspections.
• Observations and interactions with drivers and logging it into INX
• INX use for interactions, Hazard input, actioning others and incident reporting
• Managing incidents and fatigue events data in a correct timely manner.

• Working from De Grussa/ Montys copper mine site carting unprocessed copper from one mine site to another In duel trailer side tipper
• Self loading side tippers in a CAT 988 front end loader

• Towing 3 to 5 axle trailers on a regular basis with spray seal equipment eg. rollers, loaders and broom tractors
