o Direct day to day supervision and leadership of groups of 7-10 young Australians working on and receiving training in a wide range of conservation projects.

o Responsibility for all aspects of planning, communicating, training, and performance with safety a key objective.

o Engagement with a range of landholders and stakeholders for access and delivery, private and public land.

o Residential projects component 4 weeks on location remote area work and temporary accommodation.

o On-ground practical/technical work using a range of equipment and machinery.

o Direct day to day supervision and leadership of groups of 7-10 young Australians working on and receiving training in a wide range of conservation projects.
